Account Deletion

How to delete your account in-app

1. Open SalonX and log in to your account.
2. Go to My Account → About.
3. Tap or click Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompts.

What happens after deletion

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you are logged out.
• Personal profile fields are anonymized or removed from active use.
• Access to SalonX with that deleted account is blocked.

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for limited periods where required by law, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, dispute handling, or legitimate operational security. Retained records are access restricted and processed per our Privacy Policy.
